Clients receive confirmation of services via email once their contract is signed. 5. Refund Policy


Deposits and Payments: All payments, including deposits, are non-refundable. Once a payment is made, it cannot be refunded.Project Cancellations: If a client cancels an ongoing project, all payments made up to that point remain non-refundable.Service Quality Disputes: Clients may request revisions or adjustments within 7 days of campaign launch or service delivery to address any concerns. 6. Subscription & Cancellation Policy


Clients enter into a minimum 4-month service commitment upon signing a proposal.After the initial 4-month term, the agreement continues on a month-to-month basis. To cancel ongoing services, clients must provide a 30-day written notice before their next billing cycle.


7. Chargebacks & Disputes


Initiating a chargeback or payment dispute without first contacting Navi Media LLC is considered a breach of this policy. If a dispute is filed, services may be suspended immediately, and the client will be responsible for any fees incurred during the dispute process.
